We collect Identity Data (Name/Email) and Project Assets (Stems) for service delivery. All financial data is handled by encrypted third-party processors. Audio Assets are purged 30 days after project completion; permanent backup is the Client’s responsibility.
The binding legal contract between the User/Client and FUXNWorldwide.com.
This section applies to all music tracks sold by Puggy Sharps or FUXNWorldwide for digital download.
Limited License: Purchase of a digital download grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, private listening only.
Prohibited Acts: The User is strictly prohibited from:
Remixing/Sampling: You may not use any portion of the audio for remixes, "edits," or as samples in new musical works.
AI Training: You may not upload, feed, or "scrape" any audio from this Site into Artificial Intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or generative audio tools (e.g., Udio, Suno, RVC).
Synchronization: You may not use the music as a soundtrack for video, film, or social media advertising without a separate synchronization license.
Commercial Use: Public performance for profit or broadcasting is prohibited without express written consent.
Copyright Notice: Puggy Sharps retains 100% of the Master and Publishing rights to all music sold on this Site.
Client Warranty: Clients hiring us for mixing/mastering warrant they own all rights to their submitted files.
Mandatory Metadata: Commercial releases must list Puggy Sharps as the "Mixing/Mastering Engineer" in technical metadata. A 30% "Ghost Fee" applies to waive this requirement.
Promotional Rights: We reserve the right to use snippets for portfolio use only after the track is officially released.
Two (2) rounds of minor tweaks are included. New stems or arrangement changes after work has commenced are billed as a "New Project."
Final Sale: All digital downloads and engineering services are final and non-refundable.
Chargeback Consequences: Any fraudulent chargeback results in a permanent ban and the immediate revocation of the license to listen to or distribute the audio. Continued use of the audio following a chargeback will be prosecuted as willful copyright infringement.
Services are provided "as-is." The User/Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puggy Sharps and FUXNWorldwide.com from any claims or legal fees arising from the User's breach of these terms, especially regarding unauthorized use or AI training.
Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province or Territory of the Provider’s primary residence at the time the dispute arises, and the federal laws of Canada.
Exclusive Forum: Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of the Provider's current domicile.
